You are bidding on a set of two plastic 1960's Halloween masks depicting John F. Kennedy and his wife, Jackie.
I bought these at a Lowell, Michigan antique store approximately 20 years ago. I have decided to part with this set because I have no need for it and am not a collector.
Condition: Both masks are very fragile and cracked. The original elastic straps that held the mask on the wearer's face are missing from both masks.
I wonder if the seller realizes how great his or her photographs of these masks are, especially the odd-angled ones.
They really do become death masks in those photos.
And so much more.
hey, it's only 2 years later! are these sold?
ReplyDeleteare these still available?
ReplyDeletecurious if they are still available as well, and if they sold, what the winning bid was.
