This antique 1915 original Halloween promotional book is titled : " Dennison's 1915 Bogie Book...Full of Wisdom and Folly." ...It has the copyright at bottom of its cover which reads : " Copyright, 1915, by Dennison Mfg. Co."....There are many reproductions of these Dennison books, this is an original. This softcover book may, or may not have had a decorated cover , but it appears to have been given out as a promotional to advertise for Dennison's Halloween items and has 32 illustrated pages, with text. It advertises for invitations with scary cards, such as " The "Dead One"...." Carrot Top"..." Block Head "...and.."Batty One "....It gives ideas of how to interior decorate with their Halloween decorations and supplies, showing illustrated photographic images of rooms....They suggest using their lanterns, making a pumpkin post, a ceiling decor, or a Blue-Beard balcony...They have text on " Games and Stunts "...They show " Table Accessories "...." Prizes, Favors and Playthings for Hallowe'en ".....and much more. .....This rare original softcover book measures 5 1/8" x 7 3/4." It has no major creasing (very slight from handling over the many years, is all).. A few pages are loose from the stapled binding and one page has some soiling...Staples at binding are slightly rusted.
