Witch Diecut (U.S.A., circa 1940)
"On her shawl is written 'Made in USA'."
Chip board.
15" wide and 23" tall.
She is shown in detail in Timeless Halloween Collectibles by Claire M. Lavin.
"She is missing her pointing finger and her hand is separated. One foot is also separated and she is missing part of her other foot. The one foot that is still attached is very bent, along with the scarf tail and the top of her pointed hat. She has a faded red string at the top of her hat where someone hung her on a wall. Her jack-o'-lantern is still intact and she has fantastic detail on her skirt and shawl."
